Textbook Technology (TBT) SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Textbook Technology, dba as Textbook Brokers, Campus Bookstore, or any of the affiliates. ("we," "us") sent via short code 34728. Messages may include order notifications, promotions, store updates, and related alerts.

2. How to Opt In. You are enrolled in this program only when you expressly opt in — by checking the text message consent box during checkout, or by texting ADD (or 👍) to 34728. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent to or received from us. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

4. How to Opt Out. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to 34728. You may also text remove (or 👎). After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and no further messages, unless you re-subscribe. To rejoin, text ADD (or 👍) or contact your local store.

6. Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

7. Privacy. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.textbooktechnology.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties.

8. Changes. We may modify or terminate this program or these terms at any time, with or without notice.
